Vote Description
This bill prohibits the governments of China, Iran, North Korea, and Russia from acquiring a controlling interest in agricultural land within the state or any land within 10 miles of a military installation. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to further the US’ security interests and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 9, 2023 by a vote of 73-22 and the bill later became law.
