This bill prohibits people from filling out absentee ballot application forms on behalf of other people. It also prohibits people from giving out rewards to others for filling out such applications. CPAC supports efforts to protect election integrity and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 13, 2024 by a vote of 27-8 and the bill later became law.
