Vote Description
This proposes a constitutional amendment that would prohibit the government from taxing people based on the number of miles they have travelled in their vehicle and from limiting the number of miles a person may travel in a vehicle. CPAC supports efforts to fight government overreach and supported this resolution. The House passed this resolution on February 22, 2024 by a vote of 31-28.
