This bill prohibits school employees from referring children to pornographic and sexually explicit materials. CPAC supports efforts to protect children from exposure to obscene materials and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 3, 2024 by a vote of 31-21 but Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill.
