This bill requires the state of Arizona to divest its publicly managed funds from foreign adversaries and companies domiciled in foreign adversaries. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to protect the US' security interests and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 4, 2024 by a vote of 31-28 but Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill.
