This bill allows regulations made concerning occupational licenses to lapse after 5 years. CPAC supports this increased effort to cut down on complex occupational licensing regimes and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 22, 2024 by a vote of 16-12 but Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill.
