This bill includes blockchain technology in Arizona's provisions relating to their regulatory sandbox. CPAC supports efforts to expand regulatory sandboxes and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 15, 2024 by a vote of 16-10 but Governor Hobbs vetoed the bill.
