Vote Description
This bill creates a new licensing process for registered dietitians, the likes of whom already meet certain requirements set out by the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. CPAC opposes the proliferation of unnecessary and complex licensing regimes and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 7, 2024 by a vote of 22-6 and the bill later became law.
