This bill prohibits the government from administering vaccinations to children without the consent of the parent unless the parent terminates their right to withhold consent beforehand. CPAC supports efforts to make the reception of a vaccination as voluntary of a decision as possible and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 29, 2024 by a vote of 17-11 but the bill never became law.
