Vote Description
This bill increases the number of sick days that an employer must allot to employees from 3 to 5. CPAC believes that employees should work out their benefits with their employers without government interference and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on September 13, 2023 by a vote of 27-9 and the bill later became law.
