Vote Description
This bill requires the state to select a minimum of 3 major state construction projects to be performed under project labor agreements that force collective bargaining agreements for projects. CPAC opposes these agreements that run up the cost of projects through union requirements and opposed this bill. The Senate passed the bill on August 29, 2024 by a vote of 31-8 but the bill was vetoed by the governor.
