This bill establishes the Healthy Food Incentives Program, the likes of which will attempt to increase people’s consumption of healthy food in Colorado. CPAC believes that the government should abstain from its attempts to reshape people’s diets and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on April 1, 2024 by a vote of 48-16 and the bill later became law.
