Vote Description
This bill prohibits consumer reporting agencies from reporting medical debt information. CPAC recognizes that this will damage the ability of financial institutions to make well-informed decisions about loans and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 31, 2023 by a vote of 22-10 and the bill later became law.
