Vote Description
This resolution encourages voters to make abortion into a right in the Constitution and designates January 22nd as “Roe v. Wade Anniversary Day.” CPAC believes abortion is always a human tragedy, believes that it should not be celebrated, and opposed this resolution. The Senate passed this resolution on January 18, 2024 by a vote of 21-13.
