Vote Description
This bill requires mobile home park owners to, when trying to sell their mobile home park, offer to sell the property to the park’s tenants at the price being offered it by other buyers. CPAC opposes measures that inappropriately infringe on one’s capacity to form contracts with whomever they wish and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on June 6, 2023 by a vote of 112-37 and the bill later became law.
