This bill establishes goals that would cause the state’s vehicle fleet to be entirely composed of zero-emission vehicles by 2040. CPAC opposes measures that raise costs on taxpayers in order to gratify the Left’s radical green agenda and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on June 26, 2024 by a vote of 16-5 and the bill was signed into law.
