This bill requires the Department of Health to develop a new website aimed at providing expectant mothers with information about financial assistance they could receive, adoption services, and social services. CPAC supports efforts to promote alternatives to abortion and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on February 15, 2024 by a vote of 83-33 and the bill later became law.
