Vote Description
This bill prohibits minors younger than 14 years of age from making social media accounts. CPAC supports efforts to prevent minors from accessing dangerous and malicious content on the Internet and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 6, 2024 by a vote of 109-4 and the bill later became law.
