Vote Description

This bill makes it easier for minors to find and maintain gainful employment without disrupting their academic success by increasing the flexibility of youth labor laws. CPAC supports efforts to ease such requirements in a responsible and ethical manner and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 8, 2024 by a vote of 76-33 and the bill later became law.
