Vote Description
The Senate Version of this bill provides for the creation of Commercial Property Assessed Conservation, Energy, and Resiliency Development Authorities, the likes of which will provide financing for various energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. CPAC opposes these Green New Deal-esque authorities and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this version of the bill on March 26, 2024 by a vote of 43-9 and a later version of the bill became law.
