Vote Description
This bill establishes the Accessory Dwelling Unit Loan Program, the likes of which will provide funds to people to build accessory dwelling units on their properties. CPAC believes that taxpayers should not be placed on the hook to pay for these endeavors and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 5, 2024 by a vote of 48-1 but the bill never became law.
