This bill establishes education savings accounts for Idaho’s students, the likes of which provide funds to parents such that they may defray the expenses of sending their child to a nonpublic school. CPAC supports school choice and supported this bill. The Senate defeated this bill on February 27, 2023 by a vote of 12-23.
