Vote Description
This bill changes license requirements such that illegal immigrants, the likes of whom could already be given a temporary vehicle drivers’ license, may now receive licenses that are nearly identical to normal licenses. CPAC opposes measures that incentivize illegal immigration and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on March 23, 2023 by a vote of 67-35 and the bill later became law.
