This bill establishes a task force to study the plausibility of implementing a fully electronic ballot and ranked-choice ballot system. It also gives 16-year-olds the option to register to vote online. CPAC opposes measures that reduce election security and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on May 25, 2023 by a vote of 69-36 and the bill later became law.
