This bill makes various revisions to public law in order to remove references to the gender binary. For example, the bill replaces the term “he or she” with “the homeless youth” in some places. CPAC opposes the gratification of transgender ideology in public law and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 4, 2023 by a vote of 36-19 and the bill later became law.
