This bill arrogates to parents the right to raise their child in a manner consistent with their biological sex. It also allows them to decline to allow their child to receive puberty blockers or other grotesque transgender-related treatments. CPAC supports strengthening parental rights and supported this bill.  The House passed the bill on February 22, 2023 by a vote of 58-34 but the bill was not taken up by the Senate.
