Vote Description
This bill requires public institutions of higher education to disclose all
foreign gifts and donations they have received after 2020. CPAC supports efforts to increase transparency at public schools and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 7, 2024 by a vote of 80-0 and the bill later became law.
