Vote Description
This bill creates a new tax credit program for certain employers that set up apprenticeship programs. CPAC believes that the government acts outside its bounds when it attempts to direct the nature of the workforce of its jurisdiction and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on April 6, 2023 by a vote of 110-11 and the bill later became law.
