Vote Description
This bill creates new tax incentives for filmmakers to draw them to Kansas. CPAC believes that taxpayers should not be forced to help subsidize wealthy elite movie producers and opposed this bill. The House passed this bill on April 29, 2024 by a vote of 102-22 but Governor Kelly vetoed the bill.
