Vote Description
This bill prohibits foreign principals from acquiring any real property within 100 miles of a military installation. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to protect the US’ security interests and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 29, 2024 by a vote of 86-39 but Governor Kelly vetoed the bill.
