Vote Description
This bill expands the list of costs that may be paid for with the proceeds from special obligation bonds issued under the Kansas Rural Housing Incentive District Act. CPAC believes that the government should stop interfering in the housing market and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 6, 2023 by a vote of 31-9 and the bill later became law.
