Vote Description
This bill requires certain adult websites to verify the age of their users before giving the users access to their services. CPAC supports efforts to shield minors from harmful online content and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on February 15, 2024 by a vote of 40-0 and the bill later became law without the governor’s signature.
