Vote Description
This bill makes it such that providing gender “transition” surgeries to minors may now be considered unethical and unprofessional conduct. CPAC supports efforts to stop the mutilation of minors and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on March 22, 2023 by a vote of 75-22 but the bill stalled in the Senate.
