Vote Description
This bill permits public school employees to engage in private religious expression while at work. For example, it permits them to wear religious clothing and discuss religion with other employees. CPAC supports efforts to promote religious freedoms in this way and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 16, 2023 by a vote of 32-5 and the bill later became law.
