Vote Description
This bill prohibits people from putting on live sexual performances in areas where there is a reasonable expectation that they will be viewed by minors. CPAC supports efforts to stymie the proliferation of drag shows for minors and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 10, 2023 by a vote of 26-6 but the bill did not progress in the House.
