This bill prohibits entities strongly tied to certain foreign nations of concern from purchasing agricultural land in Kentucky. CPAC supports appropriate efforts to defend the US' security interests and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 28, 2024 by a vote of 38-0 but the bill never became law.
