Vote Description
This bill creates the Kentucky Ohio River Regional Recreation Authority, the likes of which will promote tourism throughout a designated recreation area. CPAC believes that the government should not use taxpayer resources to promote recreation and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on March 28, 2024 by a vote of 31-7 and the bill later became law.
