Vote Description
This bill reduces the age at which an individual may begin carrying a concealed handgun on their person. CPAC supports the founders’ belief in the Second Amendment, supports efforts to make it easier for lawful citizens to bear arms, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on May 23, 2023 by a vote of 71-29 but the bill stalled in the Senate.
