This bill prohibits teachers from inappropriately discussing "gender identity" or sexual orientation with children while in grade school. CPAC supports efforts to prevent the growth of the Left's perverse gender ideologies and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 16, 2024 by a vote of 69-28 and the bill later became law.
