This bill prohibits state agencies from restricting the use of a particular type of motor vehicle based on the type of fuel it uses. CPAC supports all forms of energy, believes that the government should not support one form of energy over another, and supported this bill. The House passed this bill on April 8, 2024 by a vote of 98-4 and the bill later became law.
