This bill prohibits teachers from inappropriately discussing gender identity or sexual orientation with children while in grade school. CPAC supports efforts to prevent the growth of the Left's perverse gender ideologies and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 23, 2024 by a vote of 28-7 and the bill later became law.
