Vote Description
This bill prohibits state agencies from restricting the use of a particular type of motor vehicle based on the type of fuel it uses. CPAC supports all forms of energy, believes that the government should not support one form of energy over another, and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 16, 2024 by a vote of 37-0 and the bill later became law.
