Vote Description
This bill gives the State Board of Library Examiners more authority over libraries and the administration of libraries throughout the state. CPAC supports efforts to ensure that libraries are held more accountable to the people and supported this bill. The Senate passed this bill on May 28, 2024 by a vote of 27-9 and the bill later became law.
