This bill requires government officials to disclose important information about foreign adversaries if they happen to be lobbying on behalf of them. CPAC supports political transparency and is against unmitigated foreign influence in politics and supported this bill. The senate passed the bill on June 12, 2025 by a vote of 25-0, and it later became law.
