Vote Description
This amendment strikes provisions from the budget that prevented the funds from certain recently-passed state taxes from counting towards Massachusetts’ revenue cap. CPAC supports fiscal transparency, supports measures that prevent taxpayers from being cheated out of their funds, and supported this bill. The House defeated this amendment on April 24, 2023 by a vote of 25-132.
