Interfering in the Salary Negotiations Between Employers and Potential Employees.
2023 - Massachusetts House of Representatives

Vote Description
This bill requires employers to, when hiring people for a job, list the salary range that they are offering to potential employees in their job postings. It then prohibits employers from penalizing applicants for asking for the range. The House passed this bill on October 4, 2023 by a vote of 148-8.
