Vote Description
This amendment to H 3770 raises the threshold value that an estate must achieve in order to become subject to the estate tax by $1,000,000. CPAC opposes the estate tax, supports appropriate tax relief, and supported this amendment. The Senate passed this amendment on June 15, 2023 by a vote of 5-33.
