Vote Description
This bill requires the Department of the Environment to adopt regulations establishing requirements for the sale of new zero-emission heavy- and medium-duty vehicles. CPAC opposes green vehicle mandates, the likes of which drive up costs both for manufacturers and consumers, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 10, 2023 by a vote of 35-12 and the bill later became law.
