Vote Description
This bill removes the sunset date on the Community Solar Energy Generating Systems Program. CPAC supports all forms of energy, does not believe that the government should support one form of energy over another, and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 7, 2023 by a vote of 31-11 and the bill later became law.
