In a major win for unions, this bill consolidates three separate public labor relations boards into one single board for all public employees. CPAC opposes expansions in the corrupt relationship between unions and the government and opposed this bill. The Senate passed this bill on April 10, 2023 by a vote of 35-12 and the bill later became law.
